Truck & Van Coloring Pages for Preschoolers
Free printable truck and van pages: an ambulance, a taxi, a police car, an ice cream van, a tow truck, a camper van, a pickup truck, a delivery van, a milk tanker and a post van. Every vehicle is drawn from the straight side with big boxy shapes and wheels left white to color.
What children practice
- Names of the vehicles we see on the street
- Which vehicle does which job
- Counting wheels and windows
Ideas for home and classroom
- Ask which vehicle your child has seen today, then color that one first.
- Count the wheels on each page: two, four, or more.
- Color the ambulance and the police car, then talk about who to call for help.
- Line the finished pages up along the wall to make a street.
How to use these pages
Truck and van pages for preschoolers: an ambulance, a taxi, a police car, an ice cream van, a tow truck, a camper van, a pickup truck, a delivery van, a milk tanker and a post van. Every one is drawn from the straight side, so the body, the windows and the wheels are separate areas a small hand can fill without crossing a line.
For a classroom, the ZIP download gives every page as a PDF. The set pairs well with a talk about jobs: who drives the ambulance, who brings the post, who collects the milk.
What to expect at ages 3 to 5
Three-year-olds color the body in one color and the wheels in another. Four- and five-year-olds start on the windows and the door lines separately, and enjoy naming each vehicle's job. The camper van and the delivery van have the largest areas, so they are the easiest to start with.
Questions about these pages
How is this different from the Vehicles collection?
The Vehicles set covers a fire truck, a race car, a train, a plane and other single vehicles. This set is trucks and vans specifically, all drawn from the same straight-on side view so they look like one series.
Are the lines thick enough for a 3-year-old?
Yes. Every page in this set is drawn at a 7pt outline, the preschool weight used across the site, so the shapes stay visible under a crayon.

Printing tips
Every page downloads as a PDF in A4 and US Letter. Print at 100% scale on plain paper. For toddlers, heavier paper (120 gsm or more) holds up better to enthusiastic crayon work. The ZIP bundles contain one PDF per page.
